Edmonton Investment Company, 404 F. Supp. 68 (E.D. Mich. 1975). The bankruptcy judge dismissed Federal's petition to determine that its liability to Edmonton Investment Company (Edmonton) under a real property lease had been discharged upon confirmation of an arrangement plan, and denied Federal's petition under Bankruptcy Rule 924 and Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to modify the confirmation order to permit Federal's to reject the lease.
